Mélodie in F Rubenstein Help Opus Details
For feedback and questions, please contact Victor Gomersall.
Rubenstein the composer is known these days as a "one-work" wonder, and this Mélodie in F is that one work. It is a solo piano piece in which the melody switches rapidly between the left and right hands, with chordal accompaniment both below and above the melody line. It is not terribly hard to play, though one has to concentrate on marking the melody, so it can be heard above the thick chords on top of it.
